			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Paul Levinsohn is an attorney and businessman  								with experience in real estate.Â  During the past  								five years, Mr. Levinsohn acquired and sold more  								than 200 commercial retail properties to public  								REITs and individuals. He also has experience  								obtaining financing for a wide range of real  								estate investments.</p>
<p>Mr. Levinsohn is currently the Managing Partner  								of the New York City Regional Center (Ã¢â‚¬Å“NYCRCÃ¢â‚¬Â).Â   								In 2008, the NYCRC was approved by the  								Department of Homeland Security to raise and  								invest foreign capital in areas of high  								unemployment throughout New York City.Â  The goal  								of the NYCRC is to create jobs.</p>
<p>Mr. Levinsohn has also worked on a variety of  								private equity transactions. In 2004, he and  								several investors, acquired and privatized one  								of the largest convenience store and gas station  								chains in the northeast. The company, which was  								listed on the American Stock Exchange, operates  								290 stores.Â  Mr. Levinsohn sold his position in  								the company in 2008.</p>
<p>In the fall of 2008, Mr. Levinsohn acquired the  								assets of a New England-based nutrition  								supplement company that sellsÂ  products  								throughout the country to retailers like  								Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, and Vitamin Shoppe.</p>
<p>Mr. Levinsohn is also very active in public  								service. In 2002, he was appointed Chief Counsel  								to the Governor of New Jersey where he managed a  								staff of twenty-one attorneys and coordinated  								all of the legal operations for the Governor&#8217;s  								Office. Mr. Levinsohn also clerked for Judge  								Anne E. Thompson, U.S. District Court for the  								District of New Jersey between 1995 and 1997.</p>
<p>Before entering law school, Paul served as a  								charter corps member of Teach for America, a  								nationwide teacher corps program that places  								teachers in rural and inner city schools. During  								this time, Paul taught high-school American  								History in Warren County, North Carolina.</p>
<p>Paul graduated from Duke University where he  								earned his undergraduate degree, J.D. and M.A.  								(political science). During law school, Paul was  								a member of the Duke Law Journal, and was  								appointed to the Duke University Board of  								Trustees for a three-year term.</p>
